    Debra Mugnani Monroe

     

     

    Owner of Monroe Personnel Service, LLC and Temptime, has always been interested in helping people. Since 1982, Debra has assisted hundreds of Bay Area businesses in meeting their staffing needs.

    Her natural ability for problem solving and understanding people, coupled with a commitment to excellence, enables her to provide the kind of service that exceeds her clients' expectations, making Debra one of the best in her field.A native San Franciscan, Debra received a Juris Doctorate from the University of California at Davis and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and French from the University of California at Berkeley. Debra is an inactive member of the State Bar of California. She founded Monroe Personnel Service, LLC in 1986. Monroe's clientele is very diverse ranging from creative businesses like advertising, marketing, public relations, and publishing to the more traditional insurance, legal and consulting firms.

    Debra is proud of her company's inclusion in the San Francisco Business Times Bay Area's Top 150 Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies for both 2000 and 2001. As a former State Secretary, past President and current member of the Golden Gate Chapter of the California Association of Staffing Professionals, Debra takes an active role in promoting professionalism, integrity, and ethics in the staffing industry. She currently serves The San Francisco Chamber of Commerce as both Chair of the Leadership Council of the Women in Business Roundtables Program and is Co-Founder, Co-Facilitator of the Spirit at Work Series.

    She is a 2000 alumnus of Leadership San Francisco. Ms. Monroe has also held leadership positions with the Asian Pacific Personnel Association, the San Francisco Employer's Advisory Council, and the ECF Forum, an affiliate of the National Association of Female Executives. She is also a popular speaker and presenter of speednetworking events for business and trade associations.She is often asked to advise media and has appeared on KGO television's Business Marketplace as well as a recent national television advertisement featuring America's hottest CEOs. Debra is also the CEO of SF Generations Inc. the organizer for the San Francisco Native Jamboree an event celebrating the diversity and culture of the city.
